How long does a design project take?
A single piece like a logo or a social media set usually takes days to a couple of weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly we get your feedback. We'll confirm a timeline once we know what you need.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, which we agree on up front. Extra rounds can be added if you need them.
Do I own the final designs?
Yes. Once the project is paid for, the final designs are yours to use, and we can hand over the editable source files too.
What file formats will I receive?
We supply the formats you need, such as print-ready PDFs, PNG and JPG for social media, and vector files for logos.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely. Share your logo, colors and fonts and we'll design to match, or we can help you build brand guidelines if you don't have any yet.
Do you handle printing as well?
We prepare print-ready files and can advise on the best materials and finishes. Ask us if you'd like us to coordinate printing for you.
